What is free?
Listing on Holuway, marketplace bookings, Today, the room calendar, reservations, desk bookings, check-in and check-out, card payments and folios, the housekeeping board, guest messages, reviews and calendar sync by iCal. Plans add distribution, revenue tools and hotel-grade operations.
Do you charge a commission on my own bookings?
No. Bookings from your website and booking engine, walk-ins, phone and email bookings and your own channels carry no Holuway commission. Only bookings Holuway's marketplace brings you do, and guests pay no service fee.
Can Holuway connect to Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb?
Calendar sync by iCal works with them today. Live connections to each partner open as that partner certifies Holuway; the channel screens say which are certified.
Is it for hotels or vacation rentals?
Both, and extended stays. A hotel gets rooms by type, a front desk and team roles; a host with a few homes gets the same calendar, payments and cleanings without the hotel parts in the way. Venues use Holuway Spaces in the same workspace.
