04 · Regulars

A weekly class as one booking

A customer can ask for the same time every week or every two weeks, up to 26 dates, with one card hold for the total. Accept or decline the series at once; after that, each date stands on its own.

Questions, answered

When is the customer charged?

The card is authorised when the customer asks to book and charged when you accept. If you decline, or the request lapses, the hold is released.

Can my calendar sync with Google or Outlook?

Yes, by iCal in both directions, refreshed about every hour.

Do hotels and venues share one account?

Yes. One Holuway workspace can run Stays and Spaces side by side, with one inbox and one team.
