Each home is a unit on the calendar, with every stay as a bar. Import the calendars of the other sites you list on by iCal and export yours to them, so a night booked anywhere is closed everywhere.

03 · Turnovers

A clean after every checkout, without a reminder

Checking out a guest marks the home dirty and creates the departure clean. Give it to your cleaner, who works through the checklist on a phone, even without a signal.

Journeys send the booking confirmation, the arrival details, a note on arrival day and a review request after the stay, by email, or by text where the guest agreed to texts. Replies come to one inbox beside the reservation.

I have one cabin. Is Holuway too much?

No. Holuway shows a host with one home the calendar, bookings, payments, cleanings and messages, without the hotel parts in the way, and the core is free.

Will a booking on another site show in Holuway?

Its nights do, through iCal: they block your Holuway calendar within about an hour. The guest's details stay on that site until live connections open.

What does a guest pay on my own website?

Your price and your fees, with no Holuway service fee. Holuway charges no commission on bookings your website brings.
