01 · Today
Each unit has an export address to paste into another site, and imports that site's calendar in return, refreshed about every 50 minutes. A night booked elsewhere closes in Holuway; a night booked in Holuway closes there.
02 · Partner channels
Holuway has built the connections to these partners to their published specifications. Each one switches on when that partner certifies Holuway, and the Channels screen marks every partner as certified or not certified yet, so you never wait on a connection that cannot send.
03 · Mappings
Map each room type and rate plan to a channel by name, with a markup per channel or per plan, from 50% below to 100% above your rate.
04 · Sync health
Median and slowest time to a channel, retries, updates that gave up, reservation exceptions and failed acknowledgements, with rate parity across channels.

Bookings you bring cost no commission: your website and booking engine, walk-ins, phone and email bookings, and your own channels. Holuway charges a commission only on bookings from the Holuway marketplace, and the guest pays no service fee.
